Expect 2- to 4-bedroom homes on quarter-acre lots, often with private pools, in pockets like Crystal Beach, Highlands of Innisbrook, Lansbrook, and the older neighborhoods east of US-19. Townhomes and condos exist in the Innisbrook villas and around the Boot Ranch corridor. Rents typically run higher than equivalent square footage in Pasco — you're paying for the schools, the trail, and the beach proximity.
